თჳთეულისა წვალებისა შეჩუენებისანი

I. უგალობდითსა

ჴმაჲ ბ გუერდი

„ზღუაჲ მეწამული“.

1. ღმრთისმეტყუელითა

პირითა, ერნო,
8
მოვედით, ვადიდებდეთ სამებასა წმიდასა

სარწმუნოებითა მართლითა:

სამგუამოვნად ცნობილსა,
11
ერთარსებით ქებულსა,
12
დაუსაბამოსა
13
და ცხოველსა
14
და უკუდავსა, ყოველთა შემოქმედსა.

2. ჩუენ, მორწმუნენი,
16
მართლაღსარებით
17
აღვიარებდეთ წმიდასა სამებასა
18
შეურევნელად და განუყოფელად,
19
ხოლო უღმრთონი მწვალებელნი
20
მეტყუელ-იქმნნეს წვალებით,
21
რომელთა სახელებსა
22
მოვიჴსენებთ
23
და საქმეთ თანა – სიტყუათა მათთა ბოროტთა.

3. შჳდ წვალებანი

იყვნეს ძუელითგან:

პირველ – მწიგნობართაჲ,
27
სჯულ-მცნებათა არაჲ
28
კმამყოფელნი, სხუათაცა რათმე უწერელად

მომპოვნნი; და ფარისეველნი
30
– შობისა დღისა მზმნელნი;
31
სამ – სადუკეველნი,
32
აღდგომისა და სულთა
33
და ანგელოზთა უვარისმყოფელნი;

come, let us praise the Holy Trinity

with the true faith:

known in three Persons,

praised as one substance,

without beginning

and living

and immortal, the maker of the universe.

2. We, the faithful,

With a true confession,

Acknowledge the Holy Trinity,
18
Without confusion, and withiut division,
19
While the godless heretics
20
Spoke in error.

Their names and deeds
22
We shall recall

Along with their own evil words.

3. There were seven heresies
25
From ancient times:

The first – The Scribes,,
27
who were not satisfied with the Law and
28
the commandments and would invent
29
unwritten laws; The Pharisees
30
practiced divination by day of birth;

The third, the Sadducees, –

they denied
33
the resurrection, souls, and angels.
